Persistent Migraine Headaches and a car accident - The story of Heather Jones

My name is Heather Jones. Before coming to see Dr. Krown, I was experiencing very bad lower back, hip, and neck pain. I was also suffering from a number of painful migraines. I have had back and neck pain since recently being involved in a car accident, and have had migraines since I was a teenager. On a scale from 1 to 10, my paid was at a 9. I had taken a lot of pain medicine for the migraines. These medicines made me feel very tired, and never quite got rid of the migraines. I took several different types of pain medicine, and there was always the possibility that I could become addicted. When I came in for my first appointment with Dr. Krown, I felt right at home. The staff became like my family. Dr. Krown recommended moist heat and a few more adjustments in order to maintain my pain free days. After this, I stopped having migraines, and felt improvements in my back and neck. My daughter and mother both see a Chiropractor. Chronic migraine relief - The story of Pamela LaFosse

My name is Pamela LaFosse. Here is my story of how chiropractic care has changed my life. After suffering from migraines for several years, a friend brought me a brochure from his chiropractor. The brochure was on how chiropractic could help migraine sufferers. I had been getting the migraines about every other week for a couple of years. They were getting worse in severity and lasting much lover each time. I was getting desperate at this point. In fact, when I first visited North Marietta Chiropractic Center in mid-November, I was suffering with a migraine. I met with Dr. Gregg and immediately came to the conclusion that he was very knowledgeable and took his profession seriously. Dr. Gregg is gentle and has a caring personality. His way of explaining how chiropractic care is administered was very thorough and easy to understand. Dr. Gregg gave me an examination and took some x-rays. He later went over these x-rays with me and explained every aspect of my problem. Dr. Gregg adjusted my spine on my first visit. I didn’t expect to see any immediate progress in getting rid of the migraines, however, when I got the next one, I was not as bad as before. I have been seeing Dr. Gregg about twice a week since my first a visit, and miraculously I have not has a “full-blown” migraine since the third adjustment. I have not had this much relief with any medication that had been prescribed by my previous doctors. The medicine only dulled the pain; it did not get rid of the migraines. I recommend that all migraine sufferers try chiropractic. It works!

Stiff neck and tingling in the hands and fingers - The story of Carla Chambers

My name is Carla Chambers. I have been seeing Dr. Krown for a little over a month. When I first came in to see Dr. Krown, I was experiencing a stiff neck, no range of motion and a numb-tingling hand. I dealt with this type of pain for 2 months before seeing Dr. Krown, and was taking Tylenol and Motrin with no fear of addiction. Asthma and Lower Back Pain from a trucking accident many years ago - The story of Christie Strader

My name is Christie Strader. I began seeing Dr. Gregg here at the North Marietta Chiropractic Center several months ago because of my asthma and extreme lower back pain. I have suffered from asthma all my life and had lower back pain since a trucking accident in 1994. It was continuing to progressively worsen. I have been seeing other physicians who recommended medications for the relief of my pain. I happened to meet Dr. Gregg at my apartment complex. We talked, and I told him of my problems. He felt certain that he could help me get to the root of the problem. He told me to come in to his office for a consultation and an exam, and so I called and made an appointment. My first impression of his office was that the staff and the doctors were so caring, helpful, and friendly. They made me feel like I was family. I went through the exam and had x-rays taken. I was told that if I would stick with chiropractic and my treatment plan, I could expect to see and improvement in my condition and relief of my pain, not by covering it up with medications,. Within a couple of weeks, I began seeing the improvement and also feeling better, just as Dr. Gregg said I would. As of today, I don’t have to take half the medications I was taking before I came in to see Dr. Gregg, and to me that is wonderful! I still come in for my regularly scheduled adjustments and know that Chiropractic has definitely helped me in more ways than one. Slipped and fell on ice - The story of Marcia Ferrante

My name is Marcia Ferrante. On January 24, 2003, I slipped on ice and fell flat on my back. There was no immediate discomfort, so I painted three rooms over the weekend. Some lower back pain started on February 2nd, and became severe by February 4th. I tried bed rest and Aleve for two days with no change. I had seen a chiropractor in the past with successful results, so I came in to see Dr. Gregg on February 7. He and his staff were very upbeat and pleasant. Dr. Gregg recommended no painting, and no slipping on ice! He also cautioned me, “If it hurts, don’t do it”. My disposition has improved since beginning Chiropractic care.
